Gianluca Righi born in 1977 in Alghero, raised in the seas of Cala Gonone, immediately developed a great passion for inflatable boats and for boating in general. He is the founder and manager of RDY and is able to effectively prioritize tasks and resources. Graduated in Nautical Design and Engineering at the faculty of naval engineering in Genoa in 2004, he immediately began working at big-name shipyards, before settling entirely in Sardinia in Olbia and working with the most renowned companies in the sector. RDY uses its twenty years of experience to develop the best projects.
Gabriele Lolli Ghetti
Project leader
Gabriele Lolli Ghetti project leader in collaboration with RDY since 2010, proposing solutions that balance technique and practicality, obsessive attention to detail for the success of the final project. Graduated in engineering - nautical design at the University of Genoa, he specializes in systems and technical / innovative solutions. An excellent element for the design choice that has always been, it boasts a working experience for the most famous Italian shipyards.

With us from day one, Paolo Bua, Designer and Builder, has specialized in projects of various entities, relying on innovative ideas and unique solutions for our brand. Founder of Truc Design, winner of various awards in the field of sailing and life partner, Bua specializes in the study of hulls, their performance and everything related to hydrodynamics. An excellent designer who could not miss our team work.
Carla Sinibaldi
Interior Architect
Carla Sinibaldi, prestigious architect. Course of studies at the Ecole national supérieure d'architecture de Paris-Belleville, graduated in architecture from Uniss Alghero. Collaborate with RDY for the study and interior solutions and more. Interior and exterior layout naval styling and refitting. An important element that completes the RDY team work.
